If I understand right, most publishers can set the license of a post-print green oa publication.

I'd be happy if you could share some experience with me.

where the default policy is to set a Creative Commons Attribution License.

Ask Open Science used to be called Open Science Q&A but we changed the name when we registered the domain ask-open-science.org. Everything else stays the same: We are still hosted by Bielefeld University Library.
